Shipping Policy
First and foremost, when you buy from us all standard shipping to the Continental US is free* (some exclusions apply). Here at Air Marketing Group we pride ourselves on expedient service; most items will ship within the first 24 - 48 hours from when you place your order. Some items may take longer to ship. In addition to our free shipping and quick processing, all of our products are sent directly from the manufactures, which means quicker transit times to your location anywhere in the lower 48. Please be aware that most items are shipped using a carrier that will require an adult signature. If changes are made after the order has shipped re-consignment fees will be determined by the carrier and paid by the customer before the changes are made.

Return Policy
Although Air Marketing Group does not accept returns we do our best to accommodate our customers in any way we can, if we can get authorization from the manufacturer of the product we are more than happy to accept a return with the customer covering the freight charges to and from the factory and a 25% re-stocking fee. ANY AND ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED BY AIR MARKETING GROUP IN WRITING AND MUST BE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE.
Warranty Policy
Air Marketing Group is an authorized dealer of all the brands we carry, so when you buy from us you get the manufacturer warranty right out of the box. We make every effort to assist all our customers if a warranty claim needs to be processed by the manufacturer and in most cases can take care of the process ourselves with a little information from our customer.
